There are always two ways
to look at everything, I
guess. My wife and I were
sitting at a table at my
high school reunion last
October, and I kept staring
at a drunken lady swigging
her drink as she
sat alone at a nearby
table. My wife noticed me
staring and asked me, "Do
you know her?".

"Yes",
I sighed, "She's my old
girlfriend. I understand she
took to drinking right after
we split up those  
many years ago, and I
hear she hasn't been sober
since." "My God!" says my
wife, "Who would
think a person could go on
celebrating that long?"

Here is a quick recipe for a quinoa meal that you can make
on the run:

1. Cook your quinoa using our basic tips for cooking with
quinoa. It's best to cook up a batch of quinoa at the start of
the week, so that you have it ready for quick meals, then
refrigerate it as you would rice.

2. Take your favorite cut of salmon and prep it with sea salt
and black pepper. Salmon is rich in omega-3 faty acids
making it a perfect food for brain and heart health. Grill with
extra virgin olive oil or olive oil spray.

3. Take an orange and scrape the peel with a cheese grater,
making orange zest. Sprinkle the orange zest on the grilled
salmon.

4. Microwave a cup of salsa.

5. Stuff the salmon, salsa and quinoa in a pita. Delicious.
